    after listening lecture, my own English composition follows

     

    I study English at home mainly with books for two hours a day.

    I also do yoga at home for 30 minutes a day.

    It's already been half a year.

    I try to exercise every day. 

    but, it's not easy for me.

    at those times, I feel nervous and need to take my time.
